I never actually used the item, and returned it immediately upon receipt. The item itself is quite thin and not what I expected for > $300.00. Based on the pictures on this web site, the stand-alone futon mattresses available for purchase appear to be significantly thinner/cheaper quality than those provided when a complete frame/mattress combo is purchased. Highly disappointed and will never purchase an item online from Sears like this again without seeing it first in the store.
